Application Processing Timelines
The recent Immigration Australia legislation does not sustain when the time frame is strictly fixed to process applications. Every visa application is processed by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection of Australia (DIBP) after analyzing the merits of each individual. The DIBP sets a separate time frame to carry out a process in every specific case and it is done entirely at its own discretion. Since there are different kinds of circumstances such as level of complexity of a case, amount of workload of the certain DIAC office where the processing of application takes place, requests (if there is any) to provide additional information, medical/police check-ups and so on therefore the time needed to carry out the process may vary.
You can contact the DIBP office to ask about the approximate time frame required for complete processing only after your application is registered and you have received the file number that is issued by them.
Consultation Fees & Charges
Our fees structure is little different. We charge different fees for providing consultation and professional services. It completely depends on the case of an individual because every customer faces different situations.
The costs that are included in the process of Immigration Australia depend on:
- Level of Complexity Of Case
- Visa Subclass
- Number of Dependents applying along with the applicant

Every customer who is interested in applying for Immigration Australia, he has to sign a written document by agreeing to all the terms and conditions mentioned in it after receiving the first consultation from our agent. All our customers will receive a copy of the Code of Conduct and all the details related to MARA regulations before initiating any paperwork.
Please note
We do not include the visa application fees that is payable to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) in our fees charged for professional services.
Customers are also required to pay additional fees for
- Police checks
- Medical examinations
- Skills assessment fees payable to TRA or other relevant assessment authorities
- Certification and translation of documents to English
